Here's two versions (hardcover - softcover) of Rod Hutchinson's classic Carp Now and Then, which are doubles from Gio's collection. In fact, Gio recently bought a book bundle and these doubles were inside but he was after two other titles. Selling them for the prices he got them for including the cost from having them coming over from the UK.
