When they approached us about developing a dedicated range of pop-ups, the idea was to create something that would both match their existing boilie ranges but at the same time offer something completely different than a typical ‘match the hatch’ style of pop up. Thinking of it actually, here at Monkey Climber we hardly ever fish match the hatch style, but always with something that totally stands out. So we had to start looking for something special, but also 100% complementary with the three LB ranges.\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThat\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e’\u003c\/span\u003es where the \u003ci\u003eScratch The Hatch\u003c\/i\u003e idea was born. Brewed from our own Secret Stash range of old school flavours and some under the counter stuff in our basement, just like \u003ci\u003ehaute cuisine \u003c\/i\u003echefs \u003ci\u003e(please don’t take us too seriously, lol) \u003c\/i\u003ewe developed three completely unique pop-up combinations to complement Level Baits\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e’ \u003c\/span\u003eKrill, Herbs and Nectar boilie ranges. Either to fish with ronnies, chods, hinged stiffs over these baits, or to create the perfect snowman combo. Our designer Eve also gave the original Level Baits logo the full Monkey Climber \u003ci\u003eScratch The Surface \u003c\/i\u003elogo style treatment, creating a mega visual identity for this collab.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cb\u003eKRILL\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eFor the Krill range, we went for a white pop-up built around three flavours: Crawfish, Sepia and a touch of N-Butyric Acid. The two fishy flavours used here are relatively unknown in carp fishing, sourced through one of the specialist flavour houses we work with. The result is an incredibly unusual combination with a seriously distinctive profile. A subtle stinker that keeps stinking, even after being long out in the water.\u003cspan class=\"Apple-converted-space\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cb\u003eONLY 200 TUBS PER FLAVOUR, ALL NUMBERED\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eAll three Scratch the Hatch combinations are being produced as a strict limited edition of just 200 tubs per flavour combination. 170 tubs of each flavour will be sold directly by Level Baits, with the remaining 30 tubs coming to the Monkey Climber webshop for collectors and carp anglers outside Belgium.
