First foreigner with a Stoneacres carp

Stoneacres Spring scenery from last year around this time captured by maybe the only foreigner to ever fish the lake. Our friend and raveling angler Phil Braun @philoncarp from Germany enjoyed a few months on the notoriously difficult low stock water in the heart of Oxfordshire during a sabbatical in the UK last year and fulfilled his dream to catch himself a Stoneacres carp. Phil has done this before at other extremely difficult lakes in the UK and we at Monkey Climber look forward to a collaboration with Phil as an author for the future. #printisnotdead
