MC x Geert Ooms Ltd. Ed. Stainless Steel Indicator Mk.3 I Metal Monkey Body only

For a long time we wanted to do these stainless steel hangers of our own and it was Belgian legend Geert Ooms who helped us out with two different runs in years gone by. These were very limited runs only, selling out in a jiffy. Weighing +-50gr per piece, ideal for long range fishing and big currents on the canals and river systems. Highly wanted by collectors too.

Due to popular demand, and also because it's slightly different again we have now a Mk.3 version for you all. Here's what Geert has to say:

"After selling out the second version of Metal Monkeys in summer last year, both Gio at Monkey Climber and Geert at Geertooms.com have been regularly asked – to the point where arms get twisted – to do another batch of these heavyweight stainless-steel bobbins. We could have done just that, but that’s not how we roll… At Geertooms.com the existing design has been given a facelift, resulting in a nicely curved, updated Mk.3 version that weighs exactly 50 grams. We absolutely wanted to maintain the slick look with the o-rings perfectly tucked away so the concealed o-ring design is still in place. Threads are 2BA to be used with accessories of most established manufacturers."
